Clients have seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep or return the artwork. To qualify for a return, you must follow these steps:
1. Notify Us: Email us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order information and the reason for the return.
2. Ship Promptly: Ship the artwork back within three (3) days of contacting us.
3. Pack Securely: Return the artwork in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original materials, you are responsible for purchasing appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit.
4. Maintain Condition: The artwork must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, including all original items and documentation from the package.
